** Due to covid, shipping may be delayed, especially for international orders. International orders may take 2-7 weeks to arrive. Please keep this in mind when purchasing~ **

Where is my order shipped from?

Auckland, New Zealand.

What is my order packaged in?

Charms are shipped in bubble mailers.

Stickers will be shipped in letter envelopes.

- All orders are shipped with backing for protection!


How long does shipping take? 

Orders will be posted in 1-7 business days. After I post, estimated delivery times are:

- Nz: 3-10 business days

- Australia and Oceania: 3-16 business days

- International: 10-24+ business days, depending on country and location. US orders typically take 4-5 weeks.

I do not ship with services that offer tracking by default. All orders are shipped in bubble mailers or letter envelopes as economy mail, which does not have tracking option. However, large orders of 5 or more charms are shipped as international small economy parcel, and can have tracking added for 4usd- please contact me if you wish to add tracking for your bulky order!  I will send you a paypal invoice for payment with the updated shipping.

Do you ship to UK and EU?

1. Based on one customer in EU, you may have to pay 7-13 euros of 'customs and handling' fee once your parcel arrives.

2. If you are able to pay VAT upon receiving your order in your country, such as going to a post office or a Royal Mail post office to pay VAT, then I am able to arrange a special order for you (sending your order as a parcel with CN22 custom form detailed with total value in euros included). In such case, the customer is responsible to ensure their VAT is paid.

Because parcels to EU or UK may be slightly more easily lost or delayed, by default I send all orders as a parcel instead of mail. Please email me your order details or send a picture of your order in cart to [email protected]. 

Standard parcel shipping would be around 7.3usd, and can come with tracking for an extra 4usd, which I highly recommend to ensure your order arrives safely and smoothly. I will send you a paypal invoice for payment with the updated shipping.

Can I get a refund or have my order returned?

Cancellations or changes to your order can be made if they have not been fully packaged or shipped yet.


Unfortunately, I don't allow refunds. If you have any problems with your order, or if there is a mistake in your order, please contact me at [email protected] with your order number, I will try my best to resolve the issue! Thank you all for supporting my creations, it truly means the world♡
